Fully automatic test stand for valves from Bürkert
The food and pharmaceutical industries place particularly high demands on the service life, reliability and functionality of fluidics components. In order to simulate cleaning and sterilization processes under real-life conditions, our customer Bürkert uses a new FAETH multi-media test stand.
This allows temperatures, pressure ranges, cycle numbers and switching times of the valves to be defined depending on the application in order to check compatibility with hygiene standards and regulations or to perform resistance and long-term tests. Six test chambers, numerous potential test media from water to acid to compressed air, and the option for individual programming of the media sequences ensure an extremely wide range of test scenarios. The multi-media test stand proves once again FAETH’s capabilities in plant engineering for process technology and its know-how for applications in extreme and borderline areas.
