BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
- Expansion of the internal BIM standard and participation in the various specialist areas both in an advisory and managerial capacity
- Support in updating the BIM project execution plan (BAP)
- Conversion and data provision from and for external trades
- Coordination with external BIM coordinators for overall planning and integration
- Model checking and collaboration in the roles of BIM management or BIM (overall) coordination
- Creation of BIM documents coordinated with external customers
- Creation of standardized templates and settings according to customer requirements
- Control and quality assurance for all BIM applications of bid and execution projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed studies in mechanical or plant engineering or similar qualification
- Initial experience in project management is desirable
- Five years of professional experience in 3D plant and pipeline planning, e.g. in the field of chemical, pharmaceutical or energy plants
- Experience in the application of BIM methodology, including CAD coordination and the execution of BIM projects
- Sound knowledge of modern 3D CAD software
- Independent, committed way of working and networked thinking
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
