YOUR TASKS

• Must be IRCA certified lead auditor for ISO 9001 and others.
• To lead in maintaining all ISO standards throughout the organization 
• To plan and implement new sites ISO certification.
• To coordinate the overall integration of both customer and management requirements and plans in line with company objectives.
• To ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 45001)
• To lead in managing, coaching and developing the Quality System team to meet agreed objectives and deliver continuous improvements.
• To resolve issues related to internal audits, complaints, quality incidents and deviations.
• To spearhead and prepare for re-certification/surveillance audits from country/local certification bodies on external regulatory audits, including liaising with the respective business units.
• Full spectrum of Non-Conformance Management, which include tracking, follow up and ensure completion of non-conformity report raised from internal and external audits, assisting and ensuring it is meeting quality expectation and corrective action taken is effectively implemented.
• Take lead and conduct internal assessment for client’s RBA requirements and compliance.
• Support and prepare documentation prior and during to RBA audits.

YOUR PROFILE

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical or equivalent.
• At least 6 – 8 years of working experience in the internal audit / ISO audit fields are required for this position.
• Able to work independently and under fast moving environment.
• Computer literate & Proficiency in Microsoft office and good at oral and written communication skills for reporting requirements.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills to effectively interact with people at all level and to work cross functionally.
• A team player who is discipline, independent, self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as we are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Candidate must be willing to work in Prai.
• Readiness and willingness to travel oversea.
