Quality Management Representative (QMB) / Environmental Management Representative (UMB) (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

Establishment of the company QM/UM/EHS system (IMS – Integrated Management System)
Development of the IMS documentation and implementation of the operational IMS
Steering of IMS documents and data:
Training of employees on the operational IMS system
Preparation and issuance of the records as well as evaluation and storage of the same
Supervision of the execution and documentation of incoming, intermediate and final inspections
Derivation of corrective and preparatory measures
Planning, organization and implementation of internal and external audits
Application and implementation of statistical methods
Execution of all activities according to the QM work and inspection instructions
Responsible for cleanliness and order in the workplace
Compliance with occupational, health, fire safety requirements
Control of compliance with the requirements of the quality management system

YOUR PROFILE

Completed technical studies or comparable training and ideally initial experience in a similar position
Further training as a quality manager and qualification as an auditor
Confident use of common Q tools
Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Independent, analytical, structured and reliable way of working
Customer-oriented as well as entrepreneurial thinking
Ability to work in a team with confident communication with internal and external contacts
Good command of written and spoken English
